Walked in 1/2 hour before closing to schedule an appointment for the next day, due to having a bad experience at another salon earlier that day that we walked out of. Vicki heard my story and told her it was daughter's birthday, she took my daughter and did her birthday cut. She went above and beyond by taking care of us and my daughter loves her hair cut.!
