Tip To Toe

I went there yesterday two lady’s greeted me at the door (they were very nice).I told them I wanted a wax so a lady from the back came to the front and told me to come back and she was rude the whole entire time. When I first went back she said “lay down” (in a demanding way) I began to tell her how I wanted my eyebrows and showed her a picture as well, I specifically told her that I didn’t want my brows round I just want them shaped square with an arch she says “I try” so Im looking at how she’s doing the application and she’s DOUBLE DIPPING ONE STICK THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME????I asked if she was using the same stick over and over she says “no I only use this on you” so basically yes she is…she gives me the mirror when she finished and as I’m looking she rolled her eyes took the mirror from me and said “ok now you pay”! My eyebrows look like an anime character I was so upset the shape wasn’t what I wanted and she took too much hair off on the right side…I didn’t argue with her becaus

Wonderful! Got a gel pedicure and it was a calm quiet environment. Staff was super kind and helpful with picking my color. Gentle, relaxing, and they checked in to see if everything was good in between everything. Definitely will come back! Service: Pedicure

I am not understanding the negative remarks as my experience has always been good. I went yesterday for a pedicure and as always am happy with the service. The employees have always been polite and when I come in with a picture, they give me the look I want. I am glad I was referred to the salon and will continue to get my nails done there.
