This was my first experience with this place, and it will be my last. Since having my second child, my hair seems to fall out by the handful in the shower. I have been doing some research on shampoos and conditioners that can help combat that. Strengthening the hair follicles or whatever can help promote hair growth. I came across a product that said it is sold at Salon M. I walked into the salon when there was one employee working and she was presently cutting a customer's hair, didn't ask her name but she had short blonde hair, and I went in greeted and unnoticed for a few minutes. Being in customer service myself, whether you're currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers' presence is important. Kelli and the other stylist are focused on helping clients look their best! The salon is in an unassuming location. The stylist take pride in the salon. It is always clean, bright and cheerful. Covid-19 precautions are in place and practiced by staff and clients. Their pricing is very competitive.
