Mi Casa Beauty Salon

This was the WORST haircut I have ever received. I had Beatrize for a simple woman’s haircut and I literally went home and felt like crying after. She asked me what I wanted, I had said I just wanted a trim and then she proceeded to do nothing that I had wanted. She cut way more than double of the agreed upon length off and even thinned my hair without asking me, which I would have NEVER agreed to. She had faced me away from the mirror and never let me look at my hair until after it was over, so I had no idea what was going on and she never checked in with me at any point during the cut to see if I liked it. She never once spoke to me during the cut and was even talking on the phone instead of focusing. I was then charged $40 for the simple haircut. I am incredibly upset and will never go back.

Maria is my regular hair stylist and has been since I moved to Wisconsin. She is incredible!!! I love my hair color and cut every time! Also my fiance's barber is Danny and his is amazing too! I highly recommend this salon!
