If there was a way to rate 0, I would. Today I had to be the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a simple layering and I got a hack job. As far as my bangs, I wanted them just trimmed enough to get out of my eyes. I received a straight cut above my eyebrows. I came out looking like someone gave a bowl haircut. I was so embarrassed I didn't even want to turn and look at her. I knew the people that were walking in saw me as I was walking out and that alone made me cry. As soon as I got back in my vehicle I cried in my husband's arms. He felt so bad for me that he was blaming himself. That is terrible. Another thing that I would like to mention the fact the woman actually had the nerve to say, after she was done, "Your hair looks so much better now then when you walked in." Yes, my hair was fried at the ends when I walked in, that's why I was getting a trim. She straight up whacked it. I called someone else in tears asking if they could fix it. I ended up paying for haircut that

I came here on 5/17 and asked for a longer bob. By the end of the cut, the sides were uneven and I had to point it out to the stylist for her to fix. She fixed the sides and I went home. I noticed when I got home that the pieces framing my face were drastically uneven. I kept my hair up for the next week because I was heavily pregnant and due to have my baby, so I didn't bother styling my hair. Yesterday for my son's newborn photos, I straightened my hair and my mom pointed out that the back was incredibly uneven and choppy. I'm so upset and disappointed about this haircut and feel embarrassed to wear it down now. I'm afraid to even have it fixed because it will need to be cut shorter than it already is.
