25 minute manicure that looked good when I left, but only lasted about a week until the backs lifted and thus getting stuck in my hair. The rest of the polish was cemented onto my nail and took about an hour to remove at another salon, it was put on so thick. Not to mention my cuticles were clipped for about 10 seconds altogether. The moment I walked into this nail spa I knew I would receive the best service. A friendly greeting, attention to my time reservation (know that you may have to have a short wait because this team will provide the best service to every client), and you will never receive anything but the best nail care around. Be careful...longstanding clients schedule ahead because this is a high demand spa. Call ahead if you need an appointment and go online to check hours and days open.

Emma overbooks herself just like every other salon so that she can get more money. She speeds through her work so that she can squeeze in another appointment. She does not push back or shape natural nails under a set or fill (as one is supposed to) in order to save time. I requested gel nails and as is typical in many salons, I just ended up getting acrylics with a gel polish on top...at $20 more than most other places charge. My nail set came out extremely thick and crooked. She had another appointment show up 15 minutes before I was even done and rushed through the rest of my set. I went home and filed my nails down so they were straight. Most of my nails ended up peeling up from the sides A LOT and actually came off of my natural nail within the first week. Horrible quality at almost double the price of the competition. Not sure how there’s so many raving reviews... Service: Manicure
