Very well taught students who are allowed to provide cosmetology services on clients. The prices are very affordable & the work is constantly checked by professional instructors
This was my first appointment with the salon for a hair color. They did a wonderful job and my color was beautiful! Being a woman of color I was a bit hesitant to try WCTC but my experience was wonderful and I received so many complements! Great value and great service.
They're super nice. Elizabeth was so sweet and funny and catered to my hair needs! ???? I will definitely come back !
