My daughter hair has been very thick all her life she's been natural now over 4 years she went to Mr Dexter and her hair is beautiful healthy still long I'm very happy for her he's the only 1 gonna touch her head lol

Worst expirence of my life. I went here for my birthday to get my long hair relaxed. During my whole expirence dexter hardley acknodelged the fact I was there. The only time he even spoke with me is when I cried cause he kept aggressively combing my hair he told me to stop crying like a baby. At one point during my appointment he left for 20 minutes to go off and chat with someone else leaving my hair in the relaxer for to long. I left the appointment overall decent. 2 weeks later I returned for a touch up, and my hair was 4 inches shorter. I could tell something was wrong. My sister came along with me to get her done as well this time. After another horrible expirence I went home. I knew something was off cause my hair was extremely dry and everytime I would touch it lightly a handful of hair would come out. In about a week after going there my hair was almost completely gone. But it kept getting worse, everyday I would have thinner hair and shorter hair until I could only there was n
