Great stylist though moody u Can kinda feel as an out sider but do great hair

Martha is a genius!! She’s made every idea I’ve had for my hair come to life. I went from medium brown (previously dyed) to platinum and then got chunky highlights. She did incredible work every time. The best haircuts I’ve ever gotten are from Martha too!! She has more experience and expertise than most salons in the city. And she has better prices than most salons!! It’s hard to find a master stylist like Martha. I will be going to Martha forever Service: Hair coloring

I'm sorry I can't give them 0 stars. I made an appointment to have my bangs cut and hair dyed. I stated this several times to Teresa, with pictures. Instead, she cut off all of my hair, gave me a horrible style (uneven cut to top it off), and then refused to dye my hair on top of it all (a service I called to confirm they do at least twice). After cutting off all of my hair, she continuously blamed me for not stating what I wanted clearly, even though I did several times. I don't know what else 'just the bangs' could mean. I mean, instead of assigning blame, a simple sorry would've made me feel just a touch better about the mistake. Again, I apologize that I can only give 1 star, because I'd never trust any place that would hire a stylist like Teresa ever again. Service: Haircut
