Audrey and everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I had the Udwarthana service with Mariah which was excellent. Mariah was very helpful and professional. She made the atmosphere comfortable and her personality was upbeat and kind. I will definitely be returning to East Town Spa and recommend you try as well.

Had the most relaxing and therapeutic hot stone/ CBD massage with Rachel today!!! Highly recommend her for a beautiful experience, especially on a cold, snowy WI day!

Unprofessional is an understatement. I went to get my lashes done and they started falling out the next day. With in a week they were gone. I mentioned it to my nail tech that works there because she always takes care of me. But they told her I had to email them. When I did, they didn’t try to resolve the problem. They just stopped writing me. I was charged $250 for lashes that didn’t even last a week, and on top of that i paid for the lash cleaning supplies. I loved them when they were first done so I tipped out 20% . It has been a month and still no response. I work full time and live on the other side of town with 2 little ones. I don’t have the time to keep coming back. I asked for a refund and heard nothing from them since. I will follow my nail tech wherever she goes but I will no longer get any other service from anyone else there. And on top of it, while I was there waiting, all I could hear were employees gossiping about other employees and clients. I do not recommend wasting
