I had a horrible experience at this salon. Was told she couldn’t do what I asked even though from The beginning was trying to get me to reschedule to see someone else. Even after I call upset no one answered or returned my call but argued with me over messenger that what I wanted requires years of schooling/experience and Special techniques that weren’t included in my promotion. All I asked was that they don’t start the layers on the top layer of hair but they could be started on the next layer (they could touch the root of the hair in every other layer, I just didn’t want the strip look on the top of my head) so far everyone I spoke with was extremely difficult to deal with. This was over all a very frustrating situation! I wish I would have read the reviews before I scheduled this appointment because I would have never booked an appointment!

Their schedules are always so flexible and they always make sure what you want is done on point! Super friendly Lesly does a spectacular job

I highly recommend people avoid this salon! I went to get my hair dyed the woman who did my hair was incredibly vague with everything often times didn’t seem like she what she was doing was correct. Instead of guiding me in a direction that would help my hair like most salon do she did nothing. I will admit I have bleached my hair many times but it is incredibly strong. I got home that night and pieces of my hair began to fall out. I am beyond unsatisfied with my final product and I’ll have to spend money on treatments for my hair to regain strength. Highly disappointed suggest you spend your money somewhere else.
