Great Clips

I have been going to great clips from very long however today experience was very rude. The lady just don’t want to listen and asking me to not to wait. The case here is I have come 2 hours before closure but lady who was there in shop told that they already full. I agreed and conveyed that I have coupon to be expiring today and I can wait outside and see if you can accommodate. She was not ready to listen anything and just rudely asking me to leave. This is not acceptable behavior, there should be some standard of discipline and how to talk to customers. Also even though online it was showing that walk ins are allowed, I see only 2-3 people inside store and she was telling that it’s full and I should not stay or wait anywhere in store. This was worst experience I had ever in any store, this seems they don’t need customers - not recommending at all

They do a great job and make sure that you leave happy.

Had a great experience with Ty today, we laughed and joked the whole time but that didn’t stop him from completing my haircut in a timely manner. I’ve had my haircut by him before and every time he does a phenomenal job.
