One Stop Barber Shop

My son and I have been going to Michele at One Stop Barber Shop for almost 10 years. Always a great cut and a great experience. My son is an adult w/special needs and, from day one, Michele took the time ask questions to better understand my son so she could provide to him the best experience. I’ve never once been concerned with their interaction, because she KNOWS my son and he loves her to death. As for myself, every time I step into the shop, all my worries are put on hold because you just feel involved in every joke, every debate, and every conversation. When I first booked a haircut at One Stop Barber Shop, I was impressed with the technology. It's very easy to book and manage appointments online. With a wide range of appointment times, it's easy to find a time that works for you. Michele does a great job with notifying customers if she's behind or needs to reschedule (on very rare occasions). I also love how easy it is to pay for my haircut with contactless payments. I've been back dozens of times, and it's always a highlight of my month. Michele takes an interest in how every customer is doing, and gives them her focus for the entire appointment. If her next appointment walks in, she'll welcome them and offer them water, but the focus remains on her current customer. It's been exciting to see her expand her business on Main Street!
