Merissa is amazing! It's a fun time every time I have an appointment with her. She's very personable & always does a great job! She did Halloween nails on me previously, and they turned out so cute! I booked my appointment with Merissa on February 5th, and I was told that details would be sent closer to my appointment. A week before appointment and I still hadn't heard anything. I thought maybe I should wait a bit more. So, I waited until the day before my appointment and I STILL hadn't heard anything. I took it upon myself to reach out and confirm my appointment, only to find out my appointment was no longer being kept. Apparently, she had moved out of state (in March) and didn't even give any notice to clients she booked in advance. I found this extremely unprofessional and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. This experience combined with how she has responded to negative reviews left me feeling glad the appointment was cancelled, as I would rather bring my business elsewhere.
