Bloom Organic Hair Salon

The service I was given was fantastic! I was looking for someone local who specializes in natural, cruelty-free, and environmentally-conscious products, while having the expertise to help me take better care of my mane, and Theresa checks all those boxes! She's super friendly and she seems to know what she's doing. I will be recommending her to family and friends in the area!

Professional and extremely thorough. Theresa did a great job on my hair when I got a color and cut. I had horrible outgrowth and needed the dark roots to be blended in with my blonde ends so it would grow out very naturally. We went over pictures, she explained everything she was doing and I had a precise understanding of what would be done to my hair so there were no surprises. The building is super cute and in a convenient location. She is very friendly and obviously has an emence knowledge of her profession!

While I can't speak to Bloom's in-shop expertise, I can speak to its owner's graciousness. When I mistakenly purchased a gift certificate from Bloom (via its very nifty website, I might add), rather than from the intended salon across the hallway at 2640 Milton Ave., I had to approach Theresa hat in hand and ask for a refund. Not only did she have mercy on me, but was completely cheerful about it. If my daughter ever changed allegiances to Bloom, I'll be delighted.
