Excellent as always. So happy to get a hair cut after 12 weeks.
I called this salon being new to the area and the reviews were great. I made te appointment well ahead of time, over a week before. They had no problem with setting me up with Samantha. I get to the salon and was told sorry she didnt come in, we called you. They did not. Its pretty easy to see if someone calls youre cell. I dont like dealing with someone that lies to me. Would have been better to hear they messed up and were going to do what they could to get me in. They then told me sorry we cannot fit you in this week. I have to say I wasn’t surprised. Customer service these days is a blame game. Staff, covid, Putin, it goes on and on. Ive heard it all. Its time to get back to normal. I dont think they really cared.
