I stopped by this establishment on Saturday 7/30 to purchase some products. Grace, the young woman working the desk, was extremely kind & helpful while I was selecting products. I picked out 6-7 products to which Grace gave me her honest reviews/recommendations & even told me how to use the products. I found this extremely helpful as I have never used Aveda products before. I am greatly appreciative for Grace's help that day and I hope her boss sees this & gives her a raise!! She deserves it!

Leslie was absolutely amazing! My nails look better than they have in a long time and I feel so pampered and relaxed!

I have used this salon for 4 times and I am never satisfied with services. Recently, I went there recently and got my haircut with Allison, she did terrible job , I had already asked her multiple times to keep my hair long and told her that I don’t like short hairs and specifically told about 3 inches and also shown her a picture even though she cut my hair almost 7-8 inches and when I complained this to reception desk , they tried to give me discounts but it was not appropriate, my hairs are short now and I can’t do anything with that . I left the place without finishing the job , it was devastating to say the least. so they are not following the instructions and that is not appropriate for so called high end salon. Thanks to Neroli to ruin my look for next 3 months till my hair grows back .
