Walked in sat down with my son, didn't even acknowledge that we were there. No estimate about how long the wait would be. After about 10 minutes we got up to leave then another guy walks in with his son and the lady walks right to the counter and checks him in. I'll never spend my money here.
DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IT DOESN'T REALLY RESERVE YOU A SPOT I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 4:30PM AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER 45MIN I UNDERSTAND IF YOUR OFF BY 5-10MIN BUT WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT SO PLEASE DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT JUST SHOW UP
