Echo was awesome! ???????? She did & knew exactly what my hair needed. I went in for a trim to keep my hair healthy and I'm pretty picky about my bangs... But she cut then just right!!! Thanks Echo! See ya again!!! ✂️ ????
I called ahead of time gentleman told me there was a 20 minute wait got in the store waited 10 mins before I was even greeted. Then was told they couldn't see me. Very bad service. And everyone was on lunch at the same time. Crazy.
Look I am super cautious of going to chains like this due to it usually being girls right out of beauty school and when I ask for a fade for my son he usually has to come home and be shaved. Last Sunday I took him there and had to wait in the car due to just having surgery and the gentleman working did an amazing job! I wish we had got his name. But anyways highly impressed!
