Came by since I had an appt at 10am.. nobody showed up until they 10:20am... when I went up to the door the owner wasn’t even there yet and she was the one with the key. My hair dresser asked me how long I had been waiting and I told him before 10am and he said “ok” didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Went in and before he can do anything I asked for the price Again since and he didn’t want to give me a set price he said he didn’t know but I told him I cant just pay any money he decides to charge me at the end so he told me he would charge me almost $200 - keep in mind I only want the middle of my hair lightened to match my tips... I told him I can’t do that amount which is why I told him to give me a price prior when scheduling to avoid wasting anyone’s time and he told me I would lose my deposit (even though he was 20mins late). I am completely disappointed. I will not be returning to this salon ever again. Also the way they talk to people is very demeaning. At this point my

My 1st time going to Judy's beauty salon... I was pleased with my haircut and experience! I will go back again!(:
