Very Dissatisfied, went in to get Full nail set they had me pick my color and sit down, no hello how are you or anything. One of the Male Nail Techs started working on my nails then stoped and had me move over to another chair/work station then Woman Nail Tech Started Working on my nails before cleaning anything that she had just used on the previous client, there was dust everywhere, very unsanitary, she then left midways and I was moved yet again to another chair/work Station and different Nail Tech, I chose a pink color and left with clear nails they went over my nails once and you can’t even tell I have pink on my nails, it looks like white tip Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure

I came back home for a quick trip. I neeeeeded a fill but only had enough time for new paint. But still it was awesome to be fit in!! My nail salon of choice in Yakima!! Thank you!!

Made a 10am apt 30 hours before the apt. Got there at 10 am waited in cold pedicure water for 40 mins dried my own feet and left. I wish they would have told me they do not honor appointments. Very sad cause they do a great job but horrible with client management
