I’ve been coming to Paige for my haircuts for the past 2 years and have been very happy with my experience working with her! She’s always been very kind, is attentive to details and my requests and is easy to communicate with! Her positive attitude shines through that she truly cares about her clients. When I brought up my dissatisfaction to Paige about her hack job on my hair, she tried to gaslight and deflect it back onto me. Then after ignoring/blocking me, she goes on to call the POLICE! A true Karen. I would not recommend Paige especially if you are a person of color because if you are dissatisfied with your service and try to bring this to her attention, she might call the police on you. Side note- cop knew and admitted it was not a crime. Someone should not be an independent hairstylist if they are not prepared to deal with unhappy customers.

Bring a ruler if you book with Paige. I spent 15 mins telling her how long it took me to grow my hair to my waist and that I only wanted 2 inches off and long layers. She literally chopped like 5 or more inches. I was devastated. I wondered why she didn’t show me the back of my hair like most hairstylists do. I trusted I had a trim but when I got to my car I saw my hair went from waist length to bra length. I wish I hadn’t given her a tip. Matter of fact, she canceled on me 2x before this appt and I’m wishing she had just canceled on me a third time so I didn’t get my hair destroyed. If you have long hair or if you just want a trim please don’t book with her. She seems to not know her measurements in inches.
