I do not have enough positive words to describe my experience here. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you to Julie. The quality of customer service here is by far the best service at any salon I've ever been to. I recently moved to the region, come from a marginalized community, and I was scared to find a new salon to visit to get my hair done. It can be tough to find an accommodating salon, and it can be such an anxiety inducing experience going somewhere new. I was treated with the utmost kindness. I was treated with the utmost dignity. I was treated with the utmost respect. I was listened to. I was treated like I had been going there for years even though this was my first haircut here. Mostly, Julie went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience. For as long as I live in the Spokane region, I will be coming here again and again to get my hair done. Julie is THE best stylist!! We moved to the East coast and have flown back to see her, she is that good!! She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She has so much knowledge and skill. She knows how to do curly hair!! Hands down The Best!

Susanna is a true curly cut artist! It has taken me decades to find a stylist who understands my unique curls and truly listens to what i need, i feel so beautiful with my natural hair now. She is absolutely amazing!
