I loved my new do Tara did. She listened to me and i was happy. Since that visit two appointments have been cancelled with no offer of an alternate time. Third appointment was never verified on website so there was no appointment. Dont call them for gods sake because Jen says she doesn't answer phone calls from numbers she doesnt know. Its a business phone. I thought I found the one in Tara. Wonder if Koi would like a new customer. Service: Hairstyling

Watch out for 1 stylist at this salon, Tara Harmon, (formerly Tara Witkowski). I was a client of 2-3 years, making 1.5 hour trip each way to Spokane to get my hair done (an expensive color choice) I paid her for doing color and she was paid well. Several bad experiences with her that seemed small …. AT FIRST. She text-cancelled while I was enroute (& within miles of Spokane, for noon Appt. and she couldn’t let me know by 10 am when I have to start the drive. (She always came in with a hat, looking like she just rolled out of bed and wasn’t there most of the time when I arrived. Twice, she said she had covid in fall 2021. Then she “had covid” again in Feb 2022. She was taking 2 weeks to get married and had to schedule me out 2x as long as normal before she could put me on the schedule . I was willing to wait and wear a hat… it’s winter! As I’m entering Spokane for this appointment she texted me to cancel (noon Appt) knowing I’m on the road already. She “had covid again”.

This salon is very cute in a boho style way and all the staff is very friendly. But as someone who is very very particular about her hair, I'm so happy to have found Nina Lorello as my stylist at Tease. She uses the highest quality products and is very skilled in cut and coloring. I'm very blessed to have found her.
