Sweet Peach

This place scammed me out of $70 dollars. I booked a two week fill in which the artist proceeded to do my lashes for 12 MINUTES I paid $70 dollars for 12 minutes of work. All the lashes fell out 4 days later and the owner and salon refuses to do anything to fix it after I’ve been told 3 times the owner is going to reach out to me. I am a POC and completely feel like they are not taking me seriously as a customer because I am not their usual white client. If you are a POC I highly recommend you go somewhere else because they simply do not value you as a customer here and feel they do not need to give you the same treatment as everyone else. I will never give out bad stars to a small business so here is my first experience with Sweet Peach. I went in for a hybrid full lash extension fill. When I walked in the room it was super cute but the bed where the feet lay was clearly not cleaned(dirt from previous client still on the table). The gal who did my lashes took approximately 35 MINUTES. For a FULL SET. I’m sorry but I feel like if I’m paying $200 for a lash fill there needs to be more time than that for a full set. I definitely appreciate someone who is on the faster side, but that was just crazy to me. Maybe 35 minutes for a week fill, but not a whole set. The glue was super thick at the base of my lash line (a couple glued to it) and looked clumpy. I told the salon and the gal who did my lashes immediately texted me and asked for pictures and to even come in so she could see for what I was talking about. She definitely wanted to make sure I was happy but I would rather go to someone who took the appropriate time to appl

I get my haircut here all the time, this place has the kindest and hardest workers! A lot of reviews are people mad they had to pay for not showing up on time for their haircut, they have a 15 minute policy where if your over 15 minutes late you gotta pay which is very generous! Especially when you can reschedule anytime before for free. It’s these stylists careers and time which they have very little to spare! They’re booked months out and still bend over backwards to reschedule those who couldn’t make their appointment. Always had fantastic service and have always showed up 5 minutes early out of respect for the stylists. Definitely recommend Kate, she’s a genius when it comes to color and very skilled cuts and always listens to the fine details. Thanks sweet peach.
