I so love the people at the salon from the owners to hair stylists. Jamie is absolutely the best and is over the top when it comes to coloring my hair, and of course her cutting my hair. Way to go team ????????❤️

I have gone there 3 times now, all of the ladies are so very sweet. Setting up appointments with them is also very easy. My gal did such an amazing job all 3 times, the last 2 times I went I had money pieces done and the bottom section she did this really ritch chocolate color and I absolutely loved it so I had her do my whole head in that color this time. I also asked for light layers and she did curtain bangs and light layers, absolutely in love with everything she did. They are all amazing, definitely will keep recommending this salon!! I was overcharged for my daughter’s hair style, quoted $35 and charged $55. I called to complain and the owner Sara said they do not give refunds. I was appalled that they would charge $55 for this hair style. I ended up having to cancel her appointment for Senior Pictures same day. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. My daughter tried to tell them to not do an updo and to not charge for wedding hair and they failed to disclose what the new cost would be. The hairdresser Charity insisted on continuing to style her hair this way saying well I already started.. We will not be going back to Salon Dolce. They can keep my money but they loose my service. I could have styled her hair to look like this. Everyone I asked was shocked at how awful her hair looked. I honestly wouldn’t even pay $35 let alone $55 for this service. **ALSO the quote was for a curl and style and she didn’t even get her hair shampooed.** please remove my daughter’s name from your public response!*** Als
