Had a great experience with Mateo! I reached out because I couldn’t get in for over a month at another local salon. I was able to get in within a few weeks. My hair looks and feels great and I will be back in the future.

I reached out to book with Kara, I was informed that she was on vacation. Kara said she would get back to me on the following Monday. I messaged her on Monday and she asked "what do you want to do with your hair?!?" I explained and she texted back saying that she couldn't get me in her schedule... I wish I had been told this when I had originally contacted her that she isn't taking clients. She also didn't bother to recommend anyone else at the salon who I could see. I'm in a business that if a client comes to me and I cannot see them, I send them to another local who I trust. I do not want to go to a salon that cannot inform inquiring customers about availability, and whom do not work to support other stylists in the salon, by referring that person to a stylist who is a good fit for that customer. I hope that other customers have a better experience working with the other stylists.
