JCPenney Salon

Took my grandma, whos 84 and needs supervision walking,for a perm and the stylists were SO RUDE TO ME! I came in randomly to check on her and they were snappy and rude each time. Wouldn't allow me to sit in a chair and wait for her to be done because the chairs, all six of them,, in the waiting room, were for paying customers only. Even though I was with a paying customer. They were all just snappy and rude. They talked down to me like i was waisting their time, as they were all just standing at the register...The valley mall salon has WAY better customer service. Harley cut my hair, and I absolutely loveddd it and how she styled it. I have wavy hair, and it looks great blowdried smooth or dried curly now. I got a lot of long layers with framing and the ends look nicely full, but the waves clump nicely.
