Meticulous, the cut turned out great. That's where I plan to go from now on.

We went in for 3 basic cuts- we told them we just wanted a trim. My son just needed a tiny bit cut off the front of his hair because he’s been working on growing it out. I specifically said “please do not cut his bangs striaght across”. He came out with straight across the forehead bangs. He’s devastated and cried. My 2 girls just needed the ends trimmed. One had her hair curled previously and the stylist didn’t even wet it, she dry cut it and it is so uneven. I am attaching a photo of my other daughter. She needed about 1 inch cut and this is what it looks like. 3 different stylist, so it wasn’t just 1 person who messed up. It was all of them. Super disappointed.
