I was asking for an all over ash brown color. Instead I received blonde only at the tips of my ends where there was already color from another time and Nate, who was coloring my hair, left a lot of my natural color in. My hair looked as if it was not even dyed at all and I was terribly disappointed. I payed 120$ for pretty much nothing and wasting my time and as I asked for a refund he only offered 24$ due to "policy." Nate is very friendly but I was not pleased with what I received.
This is a very nice, clean hair salon in downtown Spokane. Appointments are needed but the staff is very friendly and I have always been happy with the results. Will definitely be back!
