Minimum communication. Alex doesn't talk much, which I'm fine with it, but it continued to consulting. She will ask you what do you want, and that is it. Don't expect her to give you any advises on style or haircut. Also, she doesn't take feedback very well and gets super defensive about it. Go there if you won't complain for whatever the result is. Below is what I got from her when I told her about the hair doesn't look much of ombre and soinds like we had some miscommunication. (I didn't even ask her to refund or fix my hair...etc. It was just FYI) "You also mentioned multiple times you wanted it to start where your old color began and for it to start up higher than a typical ombre would (like the original photo you sent me). I think in the future, we may not be a good fit as stylist/client." FYI, I asked for ombre, that is close to the root and paid $300+tip. Does it look like ombre? Love the color though.
