This was my first “self care” experience since King County went to phase 1.5 during the COVID pandemic. Randell exceeded my expectations on a great service and making me feel safe during these changing times. I was able to review his safety protocol on his website and then saw him actually doing what he said. The salon was clean and he provided me with a mask, sink to wash my hands, hand sanitizer, clean robe. My cut and color were exceptional as usual and it felt amazing to feel welcomed while most places are still closed. I highly recommend you book an appointment, while you might be able to!
Randell is fantastic and know hair really well. I trust him completely. He’s also a fantastic human
Randell consistently gives high quality service, he puts care and dedication into pop color jobs. I can show him movie or video game concept art, or what vibe I want to go for (instead of specific hair styles from magazines) and he can translate that esoteric idea into something real! Also the new salon design is delightful!
