I couldn’t be more happy with the services Gabby has provided each and every time I go to James Alan. When I say they upgraded by hiring her, I’m not kidding. They were always a great full service salon but now they are top notch. Gabby’s attention to both detail and the clients’ needs are impeccable. She offers sound advice on products and services and will forever be my go to beauty maker. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring

Hair stylist was super sweet just didn’t get what I asked for/ wanted. Towards the end it felt a little rushed. Not sure I’ll be back.

In all honesty this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my haircut and that’s saying something because I’m a curly girl. Have been my whole life, never feeling like I could ever get a good haircut entail I came to Gabby✨ A curly haired girl herself, that made me feel super comfortable. I felt like I could trust her and boom next thing you know best haircut of my life. Just loved all the layers and the shape I wanted for my curls. Not to mention, I brought my Grandma to get her first haircut since COVID started in march of 2020! The after was amazing, I could see the new confidence coming back. Like she was finally seeing the beauty, everyone else was seeing. It just was such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to keep coming back to Gabby to see what’s next on my hair journey????✨
