Ulta Beauty

I have only purchased merchandise here and made returns so I have no opinion on the beauty services offered. My interactions with all of the employees have been excellent. They are willing to help with product location as well as recommending makeup colors when I couldn't decide which looked best with my skin tone. I have also returned online orders here and found it straightforward. The employees seem to really enjoy working together.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her hair straightened and they called last minute and told me the stylist was not able to come in ... I asked if someone else could do my daughters hair because she has a play this coming week and has very curly hair and she said she wasn't able to help me find another stylist, or another location. I'm never going to this store again. Its so disrespectful to cancel at the last minute ! And not even try to make right!

This location is by far one of the worst Ulta locations. I went recently to purchase a couple of products and was immediately followed around by one of the employees (white younger man). He followed incredibly closely to the point where I felt uncomfortable being there. While this man and the security were following me around (a long time Ulta Beauty customer) two white men walked into the store and grabbed a handful of items and ran right out. The two individuals who stole were moving erratically upon entering the store; if the security and the employee focused their energy on properly assessing each individual who walked in instead of instantly racially profiling, they would’ve been able to do their job that day. Ulta needs to seriously revaluate their hiring process at this location and hire the right staff to protect their merchandise and their customer relationships.
