Love these people so much. I've been going here for nearly 7 years, and I literally drive from Lynnwood. They are amazing and a part of my family. It's still a great place!

Don't be fooled, they're very stuck-up and too busy-headed to actually listen to what you want. If you politely point out they're not understanding and them to listen more carefully, they'll claim you're "too hard to please" and fire you as a client, no discussion. Don't trust anyone here to have actual integrity! Edit: So reassuring to see how many others had horrific experiences here. No wonder they react badly to someone who knows what they want and speaks up about them not understanding, they're aware of their own incompetence and know they can't meet a reasonable expectation!

Hannah is the best colorist I’ve ever known. My blonde is healthier than ever and my difficult textured hair is easy to manage and looks beautiful. She’s the best!
