Unhappy with the service I received. I took an online appointment for a haircut today and was VERY much on time, but on reaching there my stylist was busy attending to another person and started with my attending to me only 10 mins after. The minute he saw my hair, he started saying he might need more time etc and that there was another appointment after mine. I did not like the fact that you attend to someone late and then say that my hair is thick, needs longer time and all other reasons. The haircut is ok, he did mention he would diffuse out my curls. He did do it, but I felt I walked out of the salon just like after showering my hair. it looked no different. When I asked if he could set my hair (like a blowdry which MOST salons do after a hair cut), he said again that would need more time. I am unhappy with the service! If you have no time, please do not take appointments and do not keep saying there is someone after and its not sufficient time to attend to an existing client! And
I have been going here for a while now and I am always happy with the haircut David gives. Clean atmosphere and they are taking precautions to make sure everyone is safe and healthy. Also, it’s close by to some popular restaurants and other fun things to do, so make a day out of your hair appointment!
