Great spot - they took me in with a half hour notice. They were a little busy so I did have to wait an extra 30 minutes to get seated but it’s always a good sign when a spot is busy. I showed my manicurist the look I was going for and she did it perfectly. Only complaint is my polish cracked after about a week and half which is earlier than my gel manicures start to fade. Maybe the polish was on the older side?

The worst manicure experience of my life!! I left so angry that I wasted time and money for a horrible manicure that started chipping day 2!! a week later I have 4 chipped nails and 1 completely fell off. I always get dip powder manicure and at other salons that do better quality of work I can go three weeks without having to change out my nails. The first reason I was angry is because I had a 6 p.m. appointment. They put the acetone wraps on my nails and left me alone for 40 minutes while my fingers were burning for sitting that long with that solution on them. They proceeded to help many other customers who were just walking in and never got back to me so after 40 minutes I started removing the dip powder from my nails and then several Salon workers came up to me and asked me why I'm in such a big hurry and that I need to be patient. At this point, I was hoping to be in and out of there in about an hour or so but I could tell that their appointment times don't really mean anything. S

I was recommended to May's by my sister and now I've recommended all of my friends too! They remember me by name and all do an equally fabulous job! Incredibly thorough and kind, give you a full neck massage with your shellac manicure! I drive from Kirkland because I have never had a better manicure/pedicure and it's a great price - especially for what you get.
