I had a terrible haircut somewhere else last year and was so anxious about seeing someone new. Jayme was absolutely incredible; she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the exact blonde and cut I was looking for. I never felt like I was being overbearing or asking for too much. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect blonde.

Seems like the reviews about scheduling issues are on point. Scheduled an appointment a few weeks out and received email/text confirmation that the appointment was accepted by the salon. The stylist messaged me the next day saying had a scheduling conflict and they don't even take appointments during the time slot I had booked (which makes me wonder why it was even an option to select). Maybe it's better to call to schedule? Who knows...

Please add a section to your “Terms and conditions” stating that the scheduled time of the appointment start is tentative and that we, the clients, are expected to agree to push back the start of the appointment on a very short notice. My 4 hour appointment was scheduled for 1:30 today, and I received a text from a stylist at 12:35 saying that the appointment start has been shifted to 2:30. Since I’m already driving to the appointment, I do my best to text the stylist back while driving that I can’t make this time. I am aware that a hair bleach appointment can run longer. I thought that my 4 hour window for my shoulder length already half bleached hair would have been more than enough to achieve the results I would be satisfied with. I was not aware that the salon expected me to be able to push back my appointment time an hour later on such a short notice. The terms said “plan accordingly” and I did - I thought that if within 4 hours my hair is not light enough, I will just come back i
