I am genuinely impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and the people who work here. My daughter always asks for me to take her here to get her hair done at the salon and for all sorts of things. Recently, I had to engage the management over an issue and I was absolutely blown away by the leadership displayed and how the situation was handled. I hope that Gwen and Tiara are recognized for being such mature leaders and for being such great role models for my daughter.

As someone who doesn't wear makeup or beauty products on a daily basis, I needed some advice for my under eye bags. When I stopped at Ulta, I was greeted by a lovely woman with a beautiful smile, ready to help. I explained my problem, and right away, she had a solution. She took the time to explain the product as well as others that were comparable. She also told me about a website that I could use as a tool for info on products I may need/use in the future. Tiara, thank you for the time you gave me and the excellent customer service you provided.

Erminie was very helpful when I couldn’t find a moisturizer I was looking for. She was very kind and helped find one that hadn’t been stocked yet. Delightful shopping experience!
