Service was good though massage could have been a bit longer. No I was not going to pay an additional fee. I have had my nails done for over 40 years. I have never been charged for having my nails trimmed down. It was/should be part of the fill. But this place charges an additional $5 to trim your nails. And they don't tell you until you are checking out. $100 for a fill and pedicure. Nope, I will not be back. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

DO NOT COME FOR ACRYLIC NAILS. First things first, she chopped my real nails down to tiny little nubs. I mean TINY. She just went right ahead and did that, not even asking. The pictures don’t even do this justice. The shape got messed up from the polish. The polish is bumpy. These are unfixable. Needing to go to a new salon to get them taken off and redone. Please don’t get your acrylic done here — the finish product looks horrible!

Horrible experience with a pedicure today. I’ve never had a problem here before so that makes me sad. If you want your cuticles mutilated, your gel to flood your nail beds, and your nails super uneven go to P-Lan. When I went back to have her fix the gel she trimmed my cuticles for some reason even though I told her not to, and took so much skin she left me bleeding, red and raw. I ended up having her take my gel off because she kept re-flooding my nail beds after I told her what the issue was. Definitely a skill issue. Manager looked at me like a crazy person when I asked for a refund. This used to be the only place I would go for a pedicure and now I will definitely never be back.
