Cassandra has been doing my hair for about 20 years. She as always did an amazing job. Salon Chic is a beautiful and comfortable salon.

I hardly ever leave reviews unless someone is exceptionally good or bad. In this case, it’s the latter. After great experience with Cyndy, who referred me to Cassandra due to wanting extensions, I had eventually a really disturbing situation with the owner Cassandra who admitted that the extensions she used on me were defective and faulty. (Her words not mine.) She said she would get them replaced by manufacturer. She later comes back to me and says the manufacturer will not replace them. She gave me several reasons why- but all but one were totally inapplicable and invalid and the one reason that had validity did not explain the severity of the problem at all . She did not work on my behalf to resolve this despite her admitting it was a product problem. didn’t try to work on my behalf to resolve this amicably. I went back to get the product back to try to resolve on my own. She sent her husband to give me back the product- and he literally mocked me and was incredible rude. His behavi
