Saw Arika for the first time for a hair color and trim. I have longer hair and it is hard to go to a new hair stylist and trust they know what they are doing. Arika asked quite a few questions about what I was looking for, just to make sure she had an idea of what I wanted. We had pleasant conversation as she worked, and I left the salon feeling fabulous and pampered. Thus has to be one of the best color and cuts I've received. I already made my next appointment with her. I can not recommend Arika highly enough.

I will never in my life go back to this place. First off the lady chopped up my hair so bad my 4 year old could of done a better job then she did. Then when I called to ask for my money back so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed the lady on the phone was so rude told me no she could not refund me and hung up on me. Im in tear I can't even look in the mirror cuz my hair is so chopped up and I have to be in my best friends wedding this weekend with my hair like this unless I can get in some where in time to get it fixed if it can be fixed, its that bad. Im not one to leave reviews but I had to this time cuz I never want someone else to go thru what I went thru today so please do yourself a favor and don't go here.

I have been following the owner of this shop around Richland for 19 years. All the stylist's at this shop are wonderful and are great at their craft. If you aren't satisfied with the services or your experience at this shop, most likely it was either your own issues or exaggerated expectations that no one would be able to meet.
