I just had permanent lip color done for me by Yuliya. I love the results! She is so skilled, listens so carefully to client needs and then does exactly what is agreed upon. She is gentle with suggestions that improved what I thought I wanted. She is completely attentive and detailed while delivering the finished results. Her office is restful, immaculate and calming with music! I had this procedure done years ago and Yuliya is by far the best at precision, detail, natural results and her desire to deliver her client's expectations.
