Great Clips

Went to this place hoping to get a great hair cut for my son before his birthday, turned out to be a Disaster. The stylist just snipped the scissors in random way and chopped off his hair. Very uneven on the top and side.

Haircut costs 25$. You will be greeted with a warm wish while you enter the premise. Hair stylists know their job and they do it perfectly. Your previous haircut preferences are recorded and they will ask for your confirmation if you want the same type of cut. This makes our job much easier.

I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips today. I arrived at the salon 15 minutes before closing, and I had already put my name on the list 90 minutes before that. When I got to the front desk, the lady told me that they were no longer taking appointments and that they were closing in 5 minutes. I was very disappointed, especially since I had already waited so long. I tried to explain that I had put my name on the list, but the lady was very rude and dismissive. She said that it wasn't her fault that I didn't arrive earlier, and that I should have come sooner if I wanted a haircut. I was really taken aback by her attitude, and I felt like she was being very unprofessional. She also taunted me that - This is not a 24hr running shop. I ended up leaving the salon without getting a haircut, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. I would give this place a zero star rating if I could.
