Came here to get a haircut for our 7 year old. What started off as a normal experience turned very bad. My kid shaked his head a little as he was nervous about the cut. This is typical of any kid that age. The hairdresser abruptly stopped her work and asked us to leave midway. The cut was literally half done! We couldn't believe what's going on. We waited there and another hairdresser finished the work. Worst experience ever.
I had an unfortunate encounter with one of the old lady staff members at Great Clips who was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my child. Her behavior was not only mean, but she also raised her voice in an inappropriate manner. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I have decided that I will no longer be using Great Clips' services in the future.
In my 25 years of life, I have never had a worse haircut than the one I received from stylist Tuyen. Not only was he rude, but he also lacked the basic skills necessary to treat a customer properly. It seemed as though he was only interested in finishing his work quickly, and he treated me as if I were simply a toy with hair. Service: Haircut
