Received a call saying my appointment was canceled, girl on the phone was rude and disrespectful, no phone etiquette whatsoever nor an apology as to why my appointment was being cancelled. as a beauty school, you should be teaching your students about customer service.

Worst place to get your hair done, please never never go here, I paid $120 and $20 tip because I felt bad for the student because they only get paid in tips and nothing else, this place just takes your money and students money. They do not give good instructions because my hair was a disaster afterwards. I came in at 9am and left at 3:30pm, that’s 6 hours of sitting in the chair for my hair to come out completely ruined. My hair was not cut straight, and the color was uneven from the toner and how long she processed the back vs the front!! But my hair dresser confirm I can come back for a hair correction with no charge! BUT did not tell me I need to come in by a certain amount of days (apparently 7 days) this school is only open fri-sun and on their online booking appointments there’s no option for color correction at no charge. They were no considerate that I had a life/work/kids, the instructors did not jot down I needed a hair correction what so ever either. Please pay an actual hai

I've gone to Fosbre for years and years and have always been completely satisfied! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and reflect their intellect and skills onto their students seemingly flawlessly. I've had many people work on my hair, but my most recent experience with Shelby (Kidd) is what leaves me to write this review! Shelby went above and beyond to do great work for my hair. I went in for just an all over colour, mentioned I was working on growing out my hair and Shelby provided different suggestions on care and products, even making me a list! I was impressed with her ability to care and bring new information to my attention. Not to mention she was delightful to be around :) Thanks to Shelby and all those at Fosbre! You guys are the best. <3
