I made an appointment last week. They make you give a credit card so you show up for your appointment like many businesses. They contact me less than 24 hours to ask me to change dates. I say I can’t as I’m leaving the next morning early to take a ferry to Canada. I would come in at any time. In addition I removed the ones I had on. They contact me via their booking service canceling my appointment. They don’t have the decency to speak to me. I think they owe me the amount I would have paid for the eyelash extensions since that what they would charge me for a no show. Not professional at all Their excuse that they are having a clinic or something to that effect at their office. I go to the office and no one is there. Liars on top of unprofessional Don’t go to these people. Take your business elsewhere Service: Eyelash extensions

I booked an appointment with juliet today to get a microdermabrasion. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend her and this business to anyone.
