We were 8 minutes late, which I very much acknowledge is on me, but less than 10 is usually still allowed to keep an appointment at most businesses. (Worth noting, the first time we were here, we weren’t taken for more than 20 minutes past our appointment time because they were still working on an earlier client). When I said we were checking in, I was immediately met with hostility about being late. I apologized and asked if we needed to reschedule. She said she had time still as long as it was just a simple cut—no layers. I said yes, that’s what we were doing, and we didn’t need a wash. I was surprised that she didn’t at least dampen the hair though and instead cut it dry and rushed through it in under 15 minutes. Nothing about it was straight. If there was not time, she should have said that, but also, we had a good chunk of time still left to our appointment and she clearly just wanted to be done with us and still charged a full $35 for a butcher cut. There was no one else working

First haircut for our toddler, and our stylist put the adults at ease while giving our little one a great cut! Barber stations in a variety of vehicles and TV's showing cartoons helped provide a nice distraction and we received a memorable certificate with his baby curls taped on to remember the moment.

They were definitely friendly and worked well in a quick pace, which is great for the little one's first cut. A little on the pricey side for a quick cut, which is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, but that is not a knock towards the stylists, they were great. Still probably the best you'll find around for your little ones.
