This. Place. Is. AWFUL. The lady that runs this place now is loud rude and impatient. 3 things a toddler shouldnt have to deal with while getting a haircut. My son (2.5yo) normally did really well with the old owner, he sits still, may move his head a tinge but wouldn’t mind correcting it IF YOU ASKED HIM TO. She man handled his head with an attitude and rushed the entire time. I remember the first time I brought him in the owner was transitioning out and was trying to get this lady to do more cuts, she looked very very upset. Yeah don’t come here, not worth putting our precious babies around that energy.

Walked in about 5 minutes early. Said the usual "Hello, my son had an appointment at 4" and was met with an annoyed look. No "How are you" or some kind of greeting just straight into the haircut. When I told her I'd like a fade, I was given a look of annoyance like that was unrealistic and irritating. On top of that, the lady manhandled my son's head the entire time FOR AN UNEVEN CUT. Which explains the irritation and the mention of a fade because they clearly do not know how to do it. My son has had his hair cut elsewhere before and did fantastic. She was so quick and careless that he was getting irritated by it. And that made her speed up and do a worse job. Do not go here unless you like your child's head to look like a damn rat's nest and like to be treated rudely.

We used to enjoy bringing my nephew here. But once our male stylist moved, there was so much change. Inconsistency of appt times as well as the RUDENESS of the receptionist who btw is also a “hair stylist.” Why display operating hours at 10am online when clearly they didn’t open the doors til almost 1130. Left a message and nobody had the courtesy of returning my phone call yet the girl was visibly seen at the front desk. No consideration for those who is actually still giving YOU business!
