Two weeks ago I went to Dell based on reviews, and boy, do I regret it! It’s been years since I’ve had a bad cut but Dell not only gave me a hack job, she texturized my entire head of hair after my telling her texturizing leaves wiry ends on my thin fine hair. I now need to find someone to try fix and blend the layers, as well as cut off all the frayed ends. My hair has absolutely no style and it’s going to be many months before my hair is looking good again. If, as a new client, you’re looking for a new hairdresser, where Dell is concerned my advice would be to proceed with great caution. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice at the time of my search that the majority of her 5 star reviews are many years old. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut
