Horrible Experience with Lilly!! This review is not specific to the salon, but only towards Lilly. And as much as I feel bad about doing this, I want to give others a heads up so they don't have the same experience. I found Lilly through Groupon and was interested in the cut and balayage offered. I reached out to her directly to see if there were any additional fees because that was not mentioned on the Groupon ad. I was certain with my thick, curly, long hair there would be additional fees so I asked her specifically before purchasing. She told me there were no extra fees and that there was no need to purchase the Groupon and that she would honor their price. No additional questions were asked to me prior to my appointment. I drove over a half hour to my appointment . The moment I arrived I had a bad vibe from her. She questioned why I was there early when I was only 10 mins early, for some reason she thought it was an hour before I was supposed to be there. Before I even sat down in

Stylist Lilly is the one that gets a 1 star review. I've had no trouble with the other stylists. Im really trying to be fair in this review, but I am very upset. I came in with long hair and asked for a short bob. I brought several pictures of short bobs. I however got a lopsided, uneven, and full 2" shorter than any of the pictures. She kept saying "trust me you'll love it", but also going back to "even it out" or "fix the texture" 4 times, getting shorter each time. I finally stopped her when she pulled out the clippers. Two other stylists have been stumped by what I asked for vs what I got. Its not the shock of going short... this isn't even a good haircut. The back is uneven and is short up to my crown. No bobs are like that.

Don't do it! Had my hair cut with Lyda and she absolutely shredded my hair with her texturizing scissors! Not only that, I went in with 6” of hair on my crown and came out with 2”!!! I’ve been wearing a bob for over 25 years. This is the second to worst haircut I’ve ever had.Theres holes and unevenness all throughout my entire hair. I wouldn't have her trim my dog. Sad thing is it’s me not her who has to live with this mess for the next 6 months till it grows out. The only reason she has a star is because they won’t let you post wo one. Negative 5 is my rating.
